Cancellation and refund policy

This policy covers payments made to Hook My Day for Hook My Day subscriptions.

Free trial

Every new account starts with a free trial of 14 days, so you can try Hook My Day before paying.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

• Monthly plans are not refunded once the month has started.
• Yearly plans can be refunded in part if you cancel within 14 days of payment.
• If you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, we refund the extra amount in full.

To ask for a refund, write to our support team with your registered email address and the payment date.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Sessions booked with a host

Payments for sessions go directly to the host you booked with, not to us. For a session refund or cancellation, please contact the host.
